BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 7300 block of Lee Highway, being on the northwest line of Lee Highway northeast of Standifer Gap Road. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 3322, page 902, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the northwest line of Lee Highway 865.35 feet northeast of the intersection of the northwest line of Lee Highway with the northeast line of Standifer Gap Road, thence northwest 456.58 feet, thence northeast 370.49 feet, thence southeast 173.4 feet, thence southeast 387.57 feet to the northwest line of Lee Highway, thence southwest 438.3 feet with Lee Highway to the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 139I-H-1 (part). from R-2 Residential Zone and C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to M-2 Light Industrial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Approved for the C-2 to M-2 for proposed use only; 2. Maintaining the 50-foot R-2 as a buffer area; 3. Landscaped screen along all sides including Lee Highway, except for approved access points; and 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
